He said that integrating scientific and technological innovation resources, leading the development of strategic emerging industries and future industries, and accelerating the formation of new quality productive forces are important strategic deployments put forward by the Party and the country to profoundly analyze and grasp the changes in the domestic and foreign situation, focus on the goal and task of fully building a modern socialist country, and provide scientific guidance for the new era and new journey to accelerate scientific and technological innovation and promote high-quality development. New industrialization is an inevitable requirement for accelerating the formation of new quality productive forces and realizing Chinese-style modernization. He Yaqiong stressed that a deep understanding of the strategic positioning, important connotation and methods of new industrialization is an important prerequisite and scientific action guide for the development of textile new quality productivity. At the end of 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other ministries and commissions jointly issued the "Textile Industry Quality Upgrading Implementation Plan (2023-2025)", which put forward the guiding ideology for the development of the textile industry in the past three years, determined the development goals of the textile industry by 2025, and clarified 24 key tasks in 7 aspects. For the textile industry to accelerate the cultivation and development of new quality productivity, He Yaqiong put forward four suggestions: First, to be down-to-earth, with digital productivity to build the textile industry manufacturing advantages; The second is to both internal and external repair, with brand influence to stimulate the advantages of textile industry; The third is to observe the unexpected, with scientific and technological innovation to show the advantages of the textile industry system; Fourth, we need to take a global view and expand industrial space advantages through high-level opening up and cooperation.
